S-01 / Floors
Living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, entries and basements. We level the subfloor before a single board goes down — that is where a floor is won or lost — then finish baseboards and transitions so the edges look deliberate.
S-02 / Stairs
Hardwood treads over tired stairs, full rebuilds, new railings, spindles and posts. Your stairs are the first thing anyone sees when the door opens, so we treat them like furniture rather than carpentry.
S-03 / Repairs
A cracked board, a squeak you have stopped mentioning, four worn treads by the back door. Often that is a morning of work rather than a renovation, and we will tell you straight which one it is.

A single room is usually one to two days. Flooring through a whole home runs three to five. A staircase recap or rebuild takes two to four days depending on turns, railings and finish.
Yes. We install what you have already bought, or supply at trade pricing and tell you honestly which product suits the room. Either way the material breakdown is in your quote.
Yes — removal, subfloor prep and disposal can all sit inside the quote. We sweep and stack at the end of every day so the house stays liveable while we work.
